This dish is so simple and so easy to make that you can whip up the sauce while the pasta is boiling in just 20 minutes.
I added broccoli to spaghetti to make the dish nutritious and wholesome. You can choose to omit using broccoli or use any other vegetable of your choice.
All you need are 7 ingredients that you may already have in the drawer.
I reduced my cooking time further by adding the broccoli midway with the boiling pasta.

Below is the step wise guide with images to make this spaghetti recipe at home.
Add 2 tsp or more salt in water and bring to boil. Once it comes to a boil add the gluten free or any type of spaghetti.
After the spaghetti is cooked midway add broccoli and boil them together. Both need to be al dente and try not to overcook them. Drain and keep aside.
While the pasta is boiling make the sauce. Heat oil/butter or both and let it melt. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute until slightly cooked.
Now reduce heat and add in milk mixing well. Next add the Italian seasoning and mix in well and bring back to simmer.
Remove sauce from heat and add lemon juice, stir in well.
Finally add the boiled spaghetti and broccoli to the garlic pasta sauce and stir in well to cover with the sauce.
Your gluten free spaghetti in creamy garlic lemon sauce is ready to be served. Add chilli flakes and Parmesan cheese if you wish!
